The Business Bootcamp is designed for owners who have completed the Small Business Summit and are prepared to fix what's holding their business back — properly.

Where the Summit creates focus, the Business Bootcamp is where structure is built. Jay works closely with business owners to turn insight into execution by addressing systems, leadership, operations, and decision-making at a practical level.

Entry is by application only. Completion of the Small Business Summit is a prerequisite. The Bootcamp runs only four times per year, with limited seats available.

This is not passive learning. The Business Bootcamp requires commitment, honesty, and a willingness to change how the business is run.

In return, it provides the structure, capability, and operating rhythm required to build a business that performs consistently and supports long-term freedom.
