What Tier Alpha Is

Operating at
the Highest Level

Tier Alpha is not a program for fixing basics. It is for owners who already have structure in place and are operating at a level where leadership quality, strategic decision-making, and execution discipline determine outcomes.

At this level, the variables that limit growth are no longer about systems or process alone — they are about the quality of decisions being made, the capability of the leadership, and the structures that allow the business to scale.

In most cases, Tier Alpha participants will have completed the Small Business Summit or the Business Bootcamp.

While it is possible to be considered without completing one of these stages, acceptance without prior participation is rare and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This is not for everyone. Tier Alpha is intentionally limited. Acceptance is determined through a formal interview process and strict criteria to ensure the right fit for both parties.

Leadership quality, strategic decision-making, and execution discipline — these are what determine outcomes at this level.

The selection criteria exist to protect the quality of the engagement for everyone involved. Tier Alpha only works when the right people are in it.
